Description:  It's been a long time since this siding track has been used; seen here near the old Armstrong Chemical facility. Anyway, this local train out of Fulton is bound for Oswego with a 12 car consist; 3 boxcars for Novelis and 9 covered hoppers for the Port of Oswego.
