Album Info:On July 29, 2012, a motorist ran into a crossing gate arm at the North Lake Street Crossing in Lake City, PA. I do not believe anyone was hurt. This album shows the damage and the replacement of the arm by CSX crewmen. Train traffic operated under highly restricted speed over the crossing --- barely crawling along.

Description:  The CSX coal drag continues to barely crawl along while the CSX crewmen work to repair the crossing gate arm in the shadows of a setting sun. This siding is operational only up until North Lake Street. From North Lake Street and beyond the siding is not operational as evidenced by the weeds growing in the flange channels of the crossing.
