So what are they actually doing here?
Title:  So what are they actually doing here?
Description:  During last Summer's construction work here, there was a crew installing fiber optic cables about 20 feet away from, but parallel to the westbound. Those cables were never connected to anything. This work will take the cables about 10' under the tracks and finally connect them. It's my understanding that the cables belong to Qwest.
