One wonders if providing a canvas for urban artists may not be a bad plan. After all, they are painting your boxcar at no charge. Provide them with a safe environment, and they may repaint your rolling stock for free. Tell them to respect the reporting marks, and it should be OK. Pretty good graphics in this photo.
