Because this GP16 is owned by RailLink, Inc. it would be RLIX 1602.

Actually, this GP16 is a rebuilt from ACL 247, builders #14965, frame #5125-14. It was rebuilt by SCL in 9/81. It became CSXT 1815 and after retirement, became YKR 1815, while still under ownership by Emons Transportation Group. It was renumbered to YRC 1602 when YorkRail and MPA merged in 1999. Control by RailLink happened about the same time. At the time of this photo, ownership had already transferred to YRC, a property of Genesee & Wyoming Inc. It is not a former GP9 unit as indicated by the serial number given. Serial #21073 was GP9 SAL 1904, to SCL 1004, rebuilt to GP16 SCL 4624, to SBD 4624, to CSXT 1724.
