| RP-E4C, the NS version of a road slug. Rebuilt from NS 2935 GP38. Before that it was Conrail 7888, and built as Penn Central 7888 in February 1971. Seen at the NS West Brownsville yard on a rail/M.O.W. train, not running. The unit on the roof is for the air conditioning. |
