| Dumms corner in Riverdale Park Md. has been a suburban Washington landmark for years; it now has reinvented itself into the Town Center Market and is a great train watching location. The patio (Sidewalk Café) is next to the East/West CSX mainline between Washington and Baltimore, CSX and MARC trains come by at a reasonable frequency. It is quite pleasant to drink a soft drink and enjoy a snack (from the market or the sandwich shop around the corner) and watch the trains pass by. |
