GM&O CABOOSE 2997 (1)         
GM&O 2997 is one of eleven new cabooses ordered in 1970 by the Gulf Mobile & Ohio railroad. The city of Booneville purchased the caboose in 1998 & paid $4,000 for it. The KCS railroad hauled the caboose free for the city.
