This 1904 Alco-Richmond built 2-8-0 K class locomotive sits in an unknown yard#location. If the photo date on the front marks when it was taken, then this unit only has 4 more years before being retired in 1953. History - Alco-Richmond, 1904 Specs - K-437 tubes Consolidation, 56" drivers, 200 psi, 22x30" cylinders, engine weight of 197,75- lb and tractive effort of 44,081 lb. The loco was retired as presumedly scrapped in December of 1949. No exaxt date, location or photographer was listed for this photo.
