| New Orleans Public Service ST. CHARLES line car 965 was rolling along Willow Street on its way from the CARROLLTON car barn to South Carrollton Avenue. In the parking lot on the right were some of the 44 trolleybuses which had been built by St. Louis Car Co. in 1951-52 for service on the TULANE line.
