MDiv. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, on 18 August 1956. The photographer is not identified. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #2369, an L-1S (2-8-2) "Mikado" built in Juniata during March of 1917 and retired in August of 1959 after 42 years of faithful service. It's poised for action on a lazy Saturday afternoon. ("Stoneborobranch"; #18 of 56) |
