Here's the No.2 or B end of 42105. Yes it's a flat or blunt cab profile compared to the streamlined No.1 or A end. Thos is a proper cab set up instead of a "hostler" cab arangement on the NSWGR 42 Class and the Victorian Railways S class. I think that the GM12 class for the Commonwealth Railways had a similar hostler cab set up? |
