Pardon me by asking, James. But did you happen to be between two active main tracks while the crossing protection was being in use? I heard that's a big no no and that you didn't like people that did that. Just wondering, and be safe.

This is the most unsafe place to be for a photograph. Safety is taken very seriously by railroads, I hope you never plan to work for one. Stunts like this get safe railfans a bad name. I hope you are more conscientious in your next adventure. Good Luck!

I was the engineer on the train on the left. He's lucky neither train crew didn't call the cops. Stunts like this do two things. They get you in trouble, and they give guys like me heartburn, because we don't know who you are or what you are doing there.

I meant to say I was the engineer on the train on the right in the picture, train MPRPB, the southbound.
