| Although the restoration has stalled, the loco is still in a safer place than most 4-6-2 locos. Only four of the over 200 Northern Pacific 4-6-2 have survived being sent to the scrapper's torch. Maybe someday, we will see this loco and its sister #2153 in their full glory! |
