| Today was the second visit I would be paying the Cincinnati area to prep for the upcoming surprise Great Wolf Lodge trip for the little cousins. I had more arcade cards to check balances on today and some other things to do there to prep. However, that wasnt going to take an entire day, so I asked AJ if he would like to spend the day watching trains with me. IORY was set to run a rock train east to the quarry out by Columbus with a set of repainted Dash 8s, and CSX had a rail train to come south with a SD40-2 leader. So, things looked like they would be in our favor. However, when I got to AJs, the rail train wouldnt be in the picture, so all of our hope was set on the stone train. We went to Norwood first to check to make sure nothing else was running around there. Almost right off the bat, light power off a McCollough yard transfer grabbed us at Linden Avenue. |
